Spicy Tomato Pasta

The quickest (and hottest!) pasta dish you'll find around...Great for those winter months to get a little heat through your soul! From food cupboard to your dinner table in a short 25 mins (10 mins prep time and 15 mins cooking time).This dish serves 4 people.

ingredients:
250g Fresh Pasta
1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
1/2 Aubergine
3 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Broccoli
1/2 Carrot
1 Onion
Mayonnaise (optional)
2 tbsp MAHI Scorpion Pepper & Passion Hot Sauce
Method:
- Get some water on the boil, add some salt and your pasta
- Finely cut your onion and garlic and set aside
- Chop your big veggies into cubes
- Fry garlic and onion in a hot pan and add 2 tbsp mahi sauce
- Add your veggies and let them cook in the flavours for a few minutes.
- Add your chopped tomatoes and let simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes
- Take your pasta off the boil when ready and mix in with sauce
- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes then serve (with a little mayo if HOT!)
